Kayne Coy & Rik Epping kick off the tunes in Levis Cornerhouse as part of the Ballydehob Traditional Music Festival.
Opening gig of the Ballydehob Trad Festival @ Levis
Kayne Coy, winner of last year’s Drimoleague Pub Singing Competition, brings concertina, song, and a spellbinding hand-drawn crankie of moving images and shadow puppetry. Joining him is Rick Epping — harmonica, concertina, banjo & jaw harp — a master musician whose lifetime of playing spans Irish trad, old-time, blues, and beyond, with roots on both sides of the Atlantic.
